Welcome to Eagle VPN. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Eagle VPN, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Service

Eagle VPN provides encrypted network connectivity, server selection, guest accounts, subscription benefits, advertising rewards, in-app purchases, and customer support. Server count, protocols, speed, availability, and regional coverage may change due to network conditions, maintenance, third-party restrictions, legal requirements, or backend configuration.

2. Lawful and acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your location and any location where you use the service. You may not use Eagle VPN to infringe others’ rights, attack networks, distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, bypass lawful access controls, or engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for misuse.

3. Guest account and device responsibility

The app may create a guest account based on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and access to the app. Risks caused by device transfer, jailbreaking or rooting, malware, shared access, or third-party actions are your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions, pricing, and refunds

In-app products, prices, taxes, trial terms, renewals, and cancellation rules are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the applicable store rules unless you cancel them in your system subscription settings. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the applicable app store according to its policies.

5. Free service and ad rewards

Some free benefits may be earned by viewing ads. Ad platforms, ad frequency, reward duration, and whether rewards are time-limited or unlimited may be configured by country or user group. The active configuration received by the app from the backend controls the available reward at that time. If an ad is unavailable, fails to load, or is restricted by an ad platform, the related reward may not be granted.

6. Availability and changes

We try to maintain a stable service, but we do not guarantee that Eagle VPN will always be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, or compatible with every website, app, network, or region. Maintenance, carrier restrictions, server failures, force majeure events, legal requirements, or third-party service failures may affect availability.

7. Third-party services

Eagle VPN may rely on third-party services for app distribution, purchases, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, server infrastructure, and support. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, outages, or billing decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The app, website, brand, interface, code, icons, copy, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, rent, distribute, or misuse any part of Eagle VPN except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle VPN is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Eagle VPN at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, or caused harm to other users, third parties, or our operations. Existing app store orders remain subject to the applicable store terms.

11. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms for security, compliance, product, or operational reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
